Jayden's 4 Year Checkup

Today Jayden went to the doctor for his four year checkup. He is in perfect health! He is in the 50th percentile for height and weight. He took an eye test and did fairly well. He missed a few but the nurse said it is hard for the younger kids and we'll see how he does next year. Jayden ended up getting 3 vaccines and did so great. He did start to cry a little bit after the third shot but then was fine a minute later...the sticker helped too :)
