Our little boy is two!

Happy 2nd Birthday Jayden!

Wow, time has really flown by. We cannot believe that our once little baby boy is already two years old and running around having a blast. It is truly amazing how fast they grow up. When we stop and think about it, it is hard to remember how little he once was. We are so very proud of our little man. He has such a wonderful and loving personality. We are so thankful that he is in our lives. Every single day he manages to put a huge smile on our faces. He is learning more and more and is still impressing us.

Jayden had a wonderful second birthday. On Friday he got to snuggle with daddy in the morning and watch some Sponge Bob then headed into school to see his buddies. We sent him in with cupcakes and of course, being the birthday boy and it being his second birthday, he got to eat 2. We picked him up early to play outside until dinner, bath and then presents. For the most part he enjoyed his birthday gifts (except one, sorry JJ) and actually unwrapped them on his own.

Saturday was the big party day. He got to be around all his family that lives in VA as well as some other close friends. He had a great time playing with the kids! He of course got cake and ice cream and gifts. One of his favorite gifts being from Aunt Shelley, Uncle Jeff and "crazy" cousins Sarah and Kate. He didn't seem too tired (even without a nap), but mommy and daddy were exhausted!!

Sunday mommy put together his toys and we played with everything new he got. We spent a good amount of time playing outside since it was gorgeous! All in all, I think he had the best birthday weekend he could possibly have. We can't say it enough but we are so grateful for all the love Jayden has in his life.
