While Mommy and Daddy are Away...Jayden will Play!

Mommy and Daddy took a week long trip to Mexico and left Mister JJ in the care of his grandparents. He had a blast! He is so incredibly lucky to have such an amazing, loving family. They took him on walks, to the playground, to Burke Lake, in the pool...we believe he actually may have worn them out :). He is still talking about Nana, Poppy, Didi, and Pappy's houses!

He also developed some new tricks including climbing out of his pack and play. This was a little frightening to Mommy and Daddy so now Jayden sleeps with a crib tent. We don't want him to hurt himself like cousin Sarah did. He isn't quite ready for a big boy bed so this will do for now. We know he is a good climber and we were waiting for this to happen!

Mommy and Daddy had a fantastic time on vacation but of course missed our little man (and Zoe). The resort was absolutely beautiful and was more than we hoped for! We ate and drank so much that we both gained 5 pounds :). The beach was gorgeous and very relaxing. Everyone we met there, the staff, the guests...were all so nice and pleasant.
