Trial Run Was a Success!

Yesterday Reid had a trial run at daycare. We dropped him off in the afternoon and picked him and Jayden up in the evening. At first Mommy didn't want to take Reid in but knew we had to so he could start to get adjusted. Once we got there, we talked to the teachers quite a bit. Miss Carolina is super nice and already loves Jayden so she took to Reid very quickly giving him kisses. We left feeling good, Mommy just a little anxious.

We went back to pick them up and heard a wonderful report on Reid. He was very good and actually slept about a half hour. He woke up a little fussy but it was just in time for his bottle. He drank it all and went back to being calm. When we picked him up he was hanging out in the swing just taking in his surroundings. Miss Carolina said he was great and we have nothing to worry about...this put us at ease.

Monday will be hard, especially on Mommy but we will all adjust. We think Reid will do well there and will be loved and cared for just like his big brother Jayden has been.
